Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for store credit only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once we email you back with a return shipping label, you have 5 days to return that item to the post office to be sent back to us. If the post office does not receive that return 10 days after we send the shipping label to you, the return WILL be cancelled. $5 will be taken off of your store credit from the return to cover shipping for the return label. All jewelry and sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE. This includes all merchandise bought with a discount code. If you request a return and do not send the return back in those 10 days after receiving the return label, the return will be cancelled and you will not receive the store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at ccadditudes@att.net with your order number and reason for return. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted (promo) items, jewelry or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit.
